The AT8492D Drum Mounting System is designed to work with the ATM350a Cardioid Condenser Instrument Microphone to provide a miking solution that stands up to powerful drumming. The system includes an AT8491D Drum Mount and an AT8490 5″ Gooseneck.
The unique, spring-loaded drum mount clamps onto a drums tension rod (without hindering your ability to adjust the tension), providing excellent shock resistance for the mic. The strong, flexible gooseneck, which is held securely in the mounts socket by a locking screw, lets you position the mic where you want it and holds it there, no matter how hard you play.
