“Hailing from Los Angeles, L.Dre is a true master of lo-fi beats, but on his album Lofi Symphony he rose to a completely new challengecombine lo-fi beats with high quality recordings of classical orchestra musicians. A bold combination of two worlds and a conscious clashing with the style led to an impressive result, becoming more than just the sum of its parts.” – Deutsche Grammophon
