PrimacousticPush-On Impaler has been developed to increase the speed of installation forcommercial contractors. This employs a series of sharp, protruding darts thatallow the acoustic panel to be precisely positioned on the wall without havingto fret about a hanging offset. The design also allows panels to be butted upend-to-end for seamless installations where larger acoustic surfaces need to becreated.
Shipped 24to a box, the Push-On Impaler is made from a heavy galvanized steel plate andis equipped with elongated mounting slots for stud mounting. Installation isequally easy in plaster board, sheetrock or masonry using the triple-actionCobra Anchors.
For moresecurity in high traffic zones, the Push-On Impaler is equipped with a gluezone at the center of the panel. This allows you to add a dab of adhesive tofirmly hold the panel in place. This is also a good idea when installingBroadway panels in public places such as schools. Since the adhesive only makescontact with the Impaler and the panel, you do not suffer the problemassociated with foam panels that causes wall defacement due to the glueresidue.
