In early 2022 Soma upgraded the PULSAR-23 BD module to include an extra option for classic BD.
If your PULSAR has a higher serial number than the ones listed below, then your Pulsar already has the updated BD PCB:

PLEASE NOTE: Orders for this product cannot be processed without your current Pulsar-23’s bass drum revision number.
Here are the necessary steps to provide us with your Pulsar-23’s bass drum revision number:
Remove back panel screws of your Pulsar-23
Take a photo of your Pulsar-23’s internal bass drum (BD) PCB Revision number (e.g. PCBRev.1.2.06.19)
Email photo to[email protected]or sales associate
